The bread I ‘bought’ yesterday used blackstrap molasses to feed the yeast. Savage flavour off it. There’s a baking top tip for you.

Never seen home made crumpets before. They look lovely

They’re savage. Easy enough but you need round cooking moulds. Paul Hollywood recipe.

A disaster. One side got stuck to the tin when I was tipping it out and tore off. I also made scones but they barely rose. FML
