In the last year I’ve cooked a butterfly leg of lamb, a decent amount of pork fillets and possibly most interestingly an 8hr plus wood-smoked pork butt on a gas bbq.
I’m sure they were lovely. Just like straight out of the oven.

Mate, you just use a roasting rack in a BBQ and could do any joint of meat. You use indirect for low and slow tough meats.
