Didn’t know baking dessert was possible on a charcoal unit.

I’ve a lovely bit of monkfish to throw on the bbq later. Cooking over an open fire just like in the time of our Lord.

I’ve no idea. I got a notion today and bought it without any research. 3kg.
It’ll be going on the bbq tomorrow afternoon and we’ll see how it goes. I’ve made and applied a dry rub.

I’ll make a sauce tomorrow to apply during cooking.
