Would you get much use of the Blackstone
.id love one would cater for 90% of my cooking needs id say
Yes, it gets a lot of use. It’s is a great piece of kit. I made a pillowy, soft flat-bread on it today to serve with dinner. Flour, yeast, salt, water, olive oil. Simple, but exceptionally good.
Sacrilegious cooking carbs on that
Not at all. I’d regularly do Reuben sandwiches, pancakes, potato hash, veg, etc. on the Blackstone. Anyone thinking it’s purely for slabs of meat is still living in the dark ages.
Lovely and succulent
I’ve no picture to share but I’m fit to bursht
Enlightened health minded folk know better about carbs. Carbs are one of the main drivers of metabolic syndrome, a disease of modern man.
Im afraid to ask about the meat platter. The central area seems occupied by an emu talon

I suppose it does. 4 drumsticks in the supervalu discount fridge. Was looking for cheap mayte for the dogs and couldn’t look past the drumsticks even though already had a pile of chicken marinating.
How many people was that for? Unrale
4 of us. Young lad is an animal for feeding at the moment. 3 pcs left over for his lunch but most likely devoured before he goes to bed.
@cowpat whats that there on the plate in the foreground?
Pork from last night leftover
Looks like the dog was on the table
Any good recommendations for a masonry BBQ?
