Depends on which Galway Bay though. The song by the man from Kinvara is decent, especially as sung by Dolores Keane. The other shite popularized by Bing Crosby is another matter entirely.

I’d love to think that whoever was operating the music at Croke Park after the match on Sunday had a sense of humour and played this for the laugh as the rain continued to pour down. I’d imagine the truth is a more boring, though.
