Nothing will ever beat the Lancashire County final a few years back, where they hired a piper for the national anthem. When he arrived it transpired he was a bagpiper. He didn’t know the Irish national anthem. The chairman of the county board drove his izuzu trooper out onto the halfway line, opened all doors, and played it full volume on the car stereo.
