Anyone who wants to get involved should just get 10 or 15 horses in training and lay away on bet in Asia/sharp exchange. Can do whatever you want there, no premium charge. Why would anyone go into bookmaking bar youāre a north of England wanker wanting to give the bigun to the boys down the pit.
There was a lot questions (including on here) why he got into buying all the pitches when everyone else was running away. Washing money for others was a rumour at the time.

I used to read it but not a participant. Yeah I like him - you take him with a pinch of salt as heās on the wind up half the time. But heāll throw out a fancy for the weekend on the chelt preview on Tuesday - it could be 4 or 3/1 but will end up 6/4 on the day and it invariably wins. Caveat emptor as the fella says

AK is obviously seriously intelligent and has an arrogance which youād need to give up a full time job with PP to go it alone punting firstly and then bookmaking, but his own hubris is going to get him burned on this one.

Totally. Heād get right stuck in though. Iād assumed twas all deleted. Kate Harrington as a bumper jockey and a few more like Robbie Power, Noel Meade, Paul Nolan and Sean Flanagan were great fun.
Think he accused another forumite of pretending to have cancer and serenaded his 40 years of unbroken service to the live register because he said he was a retiring civil servant from Tallaght. My fav was him never taking Paul Nolan seriously because of the amount of gel he had in his hair and he was ultimately right there.
Iām nearly sure AK has claimed to have won multiple millions punting soccerā¦in which case, why not just carry on doing that. I think he described one of his edges one time as a slanted pitch and I just thought āooohhhā as Gary Neville might say
He said one time he had 2k on Suarez for PL top goalscorer at 25/1 the year Suarez was suspended for the first 6 games.
When he started out on course he used do a daily blog and appeared to be losing his marbles most days so he had to have started with a huge tank.
He must have done but Iād just question where he got it. If youāre making money on pro soccer, you need never need to step into anything else as the markets are so deep, you can always get your money on. He must have lost the love for watching games and footixing. @endakenny could make money punting soccer or other sports definitely if he was inclined or able to watch enough of it.
Iām fairly sure Horse Racing was his big money maker. Far outstripping what he was doing on soccer.

Fair play so, different story
Soccer is the hardest to get an edge on because itās so popular and the prices quoted are the most efficient(?)/accurate due to multitude of bets in the market and data available. Itās why bloom has to bet millions on it to get a return using his army of data analysts who pore over every stat available and put it through the algo. The Brentford lad is the same - bloom chucked him out as he was front running bets by himself and losing the market price for Blooms operation. Iād say AK was seeing the bets first in PP by the big fish and having a piece for himself also.

The edge I probably have is from an experience playing/coaching/watching thousands of games and local knowledge of teams/players/pitches that is very very high.
I canāt really gain that knowledge outside of GAA in a quick phase of time.
The amount of games & minute liquidity stickball means itās never more than a hobby.
