Boxing II

An outrage

Catterall landed twice the amount of punches. What more could he have done.

Thought it was closer than the sky lads had it but Catterall won it in my opinion.
Taylor was way off it tonight.

Better off turning off the commentary when it comes to Sky

Come forward

114-111 and factor in the knockdown and the points deductions implies Taylor winning 8/12 rounds.

Boxing, as fictional as WWE.

Stop listening to Sky. An inquest!

You need to come forward. You donā€™t win belts on the back foot. You need to take the belts from the Champion.

I was at that.

Rematch only if Taylor lost. Taylor moving up weight now

He struggled at that weight tonight

From the one and only maestro @Tassotti

Heā€™s moving up to welter it seems. Heā€™ll be run over up in weight. Wonā€™t go 6 rounds with Crawford who heā€™s now WBO mandated for. Heā€™s done.

Weight was a big factor tonight. Canā€™t perform at the weight tonight.

You donā€™t go from undisputed champion to shit. Heā€™s no bad boxer.

Must say I felt bad for Catterall after that. Out landed Taylor in every single round bar one. Yet, Taylor seemingly gets the decision because he was coming forward. Well he was, usually straight onto a jab or combination. Catterall will likely never get a chance like that again. Tonight should have changed his life but heā€™s left with nothing but ifā€™s, butā€™s and regrets. Thatā€™s boxing.

You donā€™t score points on defensive punches. You score coming forward.

You may stop your opponent with a defensive jab but you must step in and score.

You need to take the belt from the Champion. You need to win it.
