We’ll never know who would have progressed through the last 5 years building up a bit of home town support and momentum. Even the Belfast lads would have had huge crowds down here. Conlan brothers, Jono Carroll, keeler and the Olympic lads have all missed out

Ok so bar Katie selling out Croke Park!!?!!?! Although that fight would have to be at 5pm for all the mammies and the kids.

Michael Conlon funded his fight at Feile. He said the biggest worry on the night wasn’t the fight but the money. He had to win! He sold out Feile but he funded it all and had to win.

If he was with Brian Peters there would be no difference. Michael Conlon wouldn’t sell out the point.

I’m not saying MTK haven’t disrupted boxing but all their boxers say they are well looked after.

Is Chelsea’s, or Newcastle’s money any cleaner?

Hopefully he has enough in the tank to take it the distance, can’t see him getting a stoppage at this level. Looking forward to seeing Agyarko beforehand as well. Huge potential.
