In fairness to the IMF who were at fault for this faulty logic to begin with, theyâve been the Greeks biggest defenders for a while now. The Germans wonât take the boot off their throat though. Madness trying to get them to run such a big surplus and the country in shit.
Amazing that the Greeks have been subjected to nearly a decade of austerity now all on the back of a faulty calculation of a fiscal multiplier which everyone now accepts was incorrect, but they still stick with the plan.
