I imagine it will @The_Most_Infamous and I agree with you today regarding varadkaar, he’s playing with the big boys now and unfortunately he just isn’t stateman like enough at the moment. It will come for him in time but I think his best hope now indeed is that this thing is kicked down the road. …if this thing is rushed in by March 30 and let’s face it there is no hope of that happening the Eu will be the lads demanding he puts customs posts in the border. …the UK won’t be doing that. .Leo has went on about the terrors of this border for so long. It ultimately could be a self fulfilling prophecy and I’d imagine Theresa may is well aware of that
Varadkar is not senior management material, area manager at best, he’d be the type of lad who people hate to see coming
He’s capable of saying anything. They’ve your man Coveney covering his tracks everytime he muses something off key.
He’s lightweight politically I reckon anyway.
Bragging about Corporaton tax in Davos is about as brain dead as you can get.
A Tory MEP has called for the nationalisation of Airbus plants. Em, yeah, that’ll work, or something.
My fucking Jesus
Better suited to a selfie backstage with Lady Gaga.
Sick people on trolleys up and down the country are immaterial to him.
The childrens hospital fiasco is all set to bite him on the ass shortly
I really enjoyed the report on this evening’s Channel 4 News where we got to hear the opinions of people on the ground (in a newsagent’s, to be precise) in Broughton, north Wales, where Airbus have a large manufacturing plant.
One man whose son works at the plant said he voted Leave and would still vote Leave. “I voted for ME, not for him!”, he aggressively shouted at the reporter.
A woman customer very confidently asserted that it was “time to get OUT! I’m sick of giving them billlions so they can tell us what type of bananas we have to eat!”
Unbelievably stupid!
Theresa May’s Brexit deal has been slammed by arch-leave MP Nadine Dorries – because it means the UK will be left without any Members of the European Parliament.
The Tory backbencher, who campaigned tirelessly to get the country out of Europe, said Ms May’s deal would leave the UK without any influence in Europe.
“This is a very sad place to be,” she told Sky News. “But unfortunately, the future of the country and of our relationship with Europe is at stake. This deal gives us no voice, no votes, no MEPs, no commissioner.”
I actually had to read that 3 times as I literally cannot believe that anyone could be that thick
You haven’t followed the 'its warm up north ’ thread?
I bowed out of that a couple of days ago chief. Sid and the yank were boring the fuck out of me. But I’ll take a gander
Sure it’s gone Mike. The greatest clamping ever administered on the INTERNET.
If only someone had the foresight to save it.
Fuck . Enlighten me
I don’t know. I feel kinda bad even having witnessed it.
Come on kid. You know you want to.
Ah sure they can go at it again. It’ll be like Ali\Frazier, Leonard\Duran, Patterson\Johannsen … or something
It was like nagasaki and hiroshima. Terrible and utterly devastating -but when viewed from a safe distance, also strangely beautiful.
