BREXIT thread

Yes but an international arbitration panel has to agree and bad faith is a very difficult thing to prove

This will be voted down as well.

Some feckin mess.

‘Not a single word has changed’.

Surely not?!!

No he’s right. The agreement of last night is in a separate declaration

Wait a second - a Brexiteer is being economical with the truth?

A prime minister too??

Every Primeminister in the world is like that.

Not as blatantly barefaced lying. Except Mr orange.

Gavan Reilly has retweeted himself from Dec 2017. Well played Gavan.

It’s a game changer

I think she is trying to get it done.

More than those shouting from the sidelines are at.

If she hadn’t unilaterally drawn her bigoted, spiteful, selfish little englander red lines, and remained adhered to them like a half dead mutant barnacle fuelled by self interest and hatred, a deal would have been done a la Norway months and years ago. She is skin crawlingly, viscerally hateful.

Ah lovely.

The changes are legally binding. UK can leave if EU acts in bad faith in trade deal negotiations. Bad faith is a high threshold to cross and subjective and in reality almost impossible to prove but there is a fig leave there for the UK should they choose to accept it.

The question here, the only question, is whether the dup and the erg are looking for any excuse to climb down, as the dogs in the street know that nothing has changed. Cunts.

Who would make such an assessment?

Who cares? It’s either taken as a fig leaf or it isn’t. The actual facts are irrelevant
