Bojo is talking about his exciting government making the streets safe.
That will be difficult once the riots start now that he’s proroging parliament.
Riots? Most people in Britain will be relieved to have it shut down. Its a waste of space as the last 2 years have shown.
Very quiet around here. Magic granpa is snookered.
The tories are re-forming as an English nationalist party.
Nothing which has a bleedin’ obvious cause and effect mechanism is ever officially admitted as such
A pure coincidence
Ruth Davidson is bang on.
Brydon looks like a character out of a sitcom.
And she’s gone. Been mugged off good and proper by the twits down south after reviving the jock tory party.
The Welsh have recalled their parliament. Shits about to get real. If Johnson isn’t careful he could end up getting a strongly worded letter in the post
Does anybody really know what is happening
The UK doesn’t have a written constitution, so it appears not
This was a predictable move by Johnson, or should I say Cummings
Like, it appears they are doing this to provoke a vote of no confidence next week, or if that doesn’t happen manouevre the suspension of parliament to a position where no alternative to no deal is possible
If a vote of no confidence succeeds, does the suspension of parliament require a two week period to try to find an alternative government, and if so, does the period parliament is suspended for push back the end of that two week period into late October, meaning that if no alternative government is formed, there is no parliament until after October 31
I presume Corbyn can just bring a motion of no confidence next week and try to form the temporary alternative government
But would the motion of no confidence even succeed
I think everybody on the Remain side has tried to push off and push off decisions that need to be made
All this will end up with civil war in the North of Ireland, mark my words
Tories really do think people will just unquestioningly swallow any sort of transparent bullshit, don’t they
They’re probably right, actually, especially when the likes of Kuenssberg are around
This is all part of a daft attempt to show to the EU that they are serious about no deal.
Which they aren’t.
Or they can’t be.
Part of the problem with modern politics across many countries is ordinary people not taking the insanity of the kleptocratic right seriously
The kleptocratic right are deadly serious and they are a deadly threat to societies
The ideology behind this is similar to the ideology described in “The Mayfair Set”
Imperialist toffs posing as “outsiders” when in reality they are elitist disaster capitalists with an empire fetish who want a deregulated dystopia in which they stand to become obscenely wealthy
They look at places and people like Russia and its oligarchs with envy and think “we want some of that here”
Cummins is a strategic genius. Himself and Bannon are so far ahead of the political correct class it’s a joy to watch. History will judge men like these very favorably as people who stemmed the tide of big unnecessary parasitic government p1ssing down on ordinary people
