BREXIT thread

Anyone supporting Corbyn shouldn’t be lecturing others on being dim, only a halfwit can see merit in Corbyn and his platform.

Do you seriously believe that Germany wants the UK to leave the EU? Please outline why you think Germany would want this.

Your argument is “Germany doesn’t want Britain to leave so the EU will fold”.

What scenarios do you actually see left here? What is it that you think they are negotiating?

Germany doesn’t want the UK to leave, so the EU will fold, and give the UK everything they want, so that they can leave… what are you on about??

I know you’re thick and uninformed, but even at that your own arguments can’t even follow simple logic.

The 2 minutes I watched of Jacob Rees Mogg, he was calling Brexit the biggest democratic mandate in British history. It was twilight zone stuff. The guy is a fraudster and along with Trump the definitive cunt of our era. Dangerous motherfucker, easily capable of ending the UK.

Twilight zone indeed it sums up where we are that Moggy an ultra right wing Catholic is such a bedfellow with the DUP😩

Maybe watch more than 2 mins next time. It was the biggest turnout in British history for an election therefore the biggest mandate ever given.

Whatever way you ,look at it assuming the bill gets passed today, Johnson and Mogg are on the ropes.
The way I see it, their only hope is that Corbyn falls into the trap of supporting the election. If he stands firm then the chances of the U.K. leaving will have diminished considerably.
Regardless of what side your on, the two lads are right about one thing. They are on the verge of handing all the cards to the EU.

That’s not my argument you simpleton.

A lot has changed since 2016. Germany is now officially in recession, eighth month in a row of contraction reported today. German exports are down 8%yoy, and where Germany goes, the EU goes. The UK is actually in a much stronger negotiating position now than at any time since 2016 as there is serious risk of a German recession spiraling out of control. There is no way the Germans want to add more risk which a hard Brexit would precipitate.

But Jeremy will sort it all out, right

They are in their holes. They might have been up to the vote last night but have backed themselves right into a corner.

Cummings is ten move ahead of these jokers, he has Corbyn right where he wants them, he will have a landslide victory in the election

If the bill passes today for “exit with a deal”, then he may get his election . Then if he wins the election he will still have to pass legislation that reverses what gets passed today! Or try and renegotiate with the EU under an extended deadline. Of course if BJ gets a majority he may not need the DUP support and can go for the Freeport option. Boris won’t have any scruples about that.

It’s like something out of a Terry Pratchett novel.

It’s the mutha of all parliaments

Even the way the Speaker calls their names before they speak is somebody complete piss taking.

That was great entertainment. It was like a load of rogue public school prefects had occupied the Headmaster’s office and were given a good thrashing for it.

Problem is though they’re still in office
