BREXIT thread

You kinky bastard

The Tory party members love a good flogging.

no way rhyming slang jezza will be PM

A good cohort of labour would back this brexit deal. They are as fractious as the Tories and a lot of them cant stand Corbyn. I would say it’s 50 50 as to whether this deal gets ratified in house of commons.

Dunno. The Yanks did.

Gove is staying in the Cabinet. Theresa trundles on.

Perhaps. But if the Government falls Labour will see it as their chance for power.

Corbyn looks weaker by the day

A lot of the Labour MPs would be holding their nose to back him alright but they haven’t had numbers to remove him.

Keir Starmer would be the natural leader. Not sure if he wants it, but he’s a resolute European

Would be give you a job as his special adviser?

He sent me a nice email once.
I could give him some great advice.

hes a dick, but infinitely more resolute and decisive than corbyn.

Sir Keir to you

Corbyn looked toast the day after the referendum but he has a huge grassroots movement behind him .

SF wanted Ireland to stay out of the EU in 1972 referendum and opposed every treaty since . For many years the the editorial line of the Daily Telegraph and An Phoblacht were néar identical on EEC & EU .

So best to stay out of affairs today.

keir calls flatty bar for short

There is no mention of “Sir Keir” in his campaign literature.

“I’ve never liked titles,” he said. “When I was DPP, everyone called me director and I said, ‘Please don’t call me director, call me Keir Starmer.’ It’s a very similar battle now.”
