My word the “Host the Pride” Initiative has really taken off since the Loins arrived to Carton House as thescore.ie show here http://thescore.thejournal.ie/irish-families-host-lions-players-921606-May2013/
While the article is informative enough, its the comments below that show apart from a few dissenting voice, that Ireland is truly behind the British Loins.
The Yates family welcomed Scotland (via New Zealand) winger Sean Maitland and Wales fullback Leigh Halfpenny

Great to see Kearns and SOB put the Loins ahead of their mickey mouse franchise today by refusing to play when they could have, but feared risking missing out on what is a once in a lifetime* opportunity
*if a lifetime lasts 4 years naturally

I didn’t bother watching the Leinster-Ulster match today.
I’ll be glued to every British Loins tour match.
That’s the difference in importance.
It starts one week from today, and it can’t come quick enough.

It started 12 years ago when Australia took the Tom Richards Trophy from the Empire Sidney.
So true. The Empire will strike* back.
*Strike as in exert brutal physical force on the opponent, not strike as in the disgraceful actions of the British miners of 1984/85.
Dylan Hartley is sweating today. It can all be taken away from you in seconds with a few careless words. “Fucking cheat” in this instance.
The Sunday Times has the 3 tests starting at 11am BST.
is this correct?
2012 was hailed as the summer to end all summers for British sport but it was a mere appetizer for what lies ahead this summer. I fully expect the British Lions and the English cricket team to pull off the double of the Tom Richards Trophy and the Ashes. I don’t believe the double of a successful tour win to the Antipodes and an Ashes series win has ever occurred in the same British summer? Andy Murray to win at the All England Club and end the 77 year wait for a home champion would just cap it all off.
11 week ban for Dylan Hartley.
Harsh. Cunt of a referee that Wayne Barnes.
Does that mean Rory Best will be going probably
Best has been officially called up. They’ll be dancing on the Shankill tonight.
My brother called over last night while I was watching the Champions League final and was rejoicing telling me this news. He also gave me the low down on Hartley getting the red card and how rugby is great that they don’t take any shit from players towards the referee.
I nearly missed Robben’s goal amongst all the shite talk.
Other sports could learn from this zero tolerance for abuse to match officials. Watched the Tyrone game today. The amount of messing and shite out of both teams was shocking and made a mockery out of the last 20 mins. WWF pantomime stuff. Or “manliness” as O’Rourke would say.

They bring that fucking teddy-bear Lion everywhere.
A poor imitation, but its good to see the goys respect Telf and the boys that have gone before
