As I said last week, a Southern Irisher should never captain the British Loins. Southern Irishers just aren’t of the required officer class.
This is the third Loins tour in four to New Zealand where a Southern Irisher has proved to not be up to the job of captain.

God-fearing Ulstermen such as Big Bill McBride, Syd Millar and Robin Thompson have always performed extremely well in leadership roles with the Loins, either as captain or head coach.
Sadly the same can not be said of their feckless Romish counterparts from the south.
Southern Irishers can oft make good foot soldiers but as leaders they are second rate.

Went Well in Wellington .
More importantly Blackrock College SCT are on tour in NZ and trained today with the All Blacks . Our beloved Gonzaga will find it hard to compete with this level of perpetration .
