British Loins Tour to New Zealand 2017 - Official Thread

How did the young chap from Wexford go today?

Congrats, @ Lions’ backers.

Delighted. Proud to be British and Irish this morning. Reminds me of 93 series where we lost third test though. Will Carling dropped for Gibbsy half way through the tour

Beat 14 men. I’d imagine it would be a big asterix if Munster had done similar

They won after he was taken off.

Ah here… NZ had 14 men for most of the match  I knew there was something up.

Kieran Read is a thouroughly alright sort.

Like that soft Munster Limerick won when Pat Horgan was incorrectly sent off.

Super fight back no doubt. But a big *

Correct

Played v well

Meh.

If they lost it Gatland and Warburton’s reps were damaged severely but got through it in the end.

One for Sky to keep the machine running till at least the next tour anyway.

One of the LOINS has his hair in a bun. I think this was what killed Sir Ian

You’re just dialling it in now, mate.

Third test team…what do they do.

The All Blacks will run hard at 12. Farrell can’t stop it.

But who do you drop? Sexton got the back line going but hasn’t been kicking. Farrell hasn’t been kicking great though.

Perhaps Halfpenny for Williams for the goals?

Name a greater one? Maybe Joe McKennas score in the All Ireland but that seems a long time ago now. We’re talking s global event here.
