Camping, the Outdoors and So On

I’m spending a bit of time in the outdoors on a work project over the bank holiday weekend. Around 40 hours or so in total I’d say. I won’t be really getting a huge amount of time to sleep, so I’ll just take an hour or two’s nap in the car when I can. I’m not bringing a tent as I’ll be moving between various locations.

I don’t go camping or anything like that, but do need to bring food supplies with me. Just wondering do any TFKers have recommendations for small stoves or something that’ll enable me to heat up water or cook something basic? I am pretty clueless about all of this.

I’d rather not go into the specifics publicly. I don’t really see a point in setting up a tent, lying in it for an hour and then taking it down again. There is a window where the work has to get done. I’ve to be there. I’ll take whatever opportunity I can to sleep

Cars get very cold at night. So buy or borrow a very warm sleeping bag and a couple of pillows.

Surely a few energy bars will do you? Will you not be near shops or take always when moving around. You aren’t exactly going to Siberia.
