What sort of salary would we envisage here lads?

About €250k? Ulster Council recently hired a new CEO with a reported salary of £100k and a company car.

You’d want at least that. It’s a very high profile and important role

Make sure you get in touch with Dela, pal. He can give you all the pointers you need.

It also makes you grateful for the modest salary the FAI plays Dela when amateur organisations are paying such sums to teachers and civil servants and the like.

Signing the same page of a binding legal document as Mr Delaney is undoubtedly one of the highlights of my career. I’m hoping to catch up with him in a well known Dublin private dining establishment soon and I’ll certainly tap into his fountain of knowledge whether it’s for this specific role or an alternative one.

Oooooft

I’m extremely confident that I can use my professional qualifications to accurately diagnose the GPA’s problems and chart the best way forward for our gaelic players.

You’re having a laugh

Be doing well to break 6 figures.

Who knows though.

Probably desirable but not essential and not in the job spec.

You’d think you would have proper qualifications in your own sector at least before you pontificate to @Bandage.

No one knows cos fat Dessie wouldn’t disclose his wedge

Yeah, it’s probably sizeable if they won’t give it

Not to mention the rent he pulled in for the hire of office space
