Why is major drawback its diesel?
Diesel is on the way out. It’s being banned in many cities in the world and will have the fuck taxed out of it soon.

Agreed. You will get through 2 or 3 diesel cars before that happens though
Correct. For example, I think that in Amsterdam now you are not allowed to drive a diesel older than 2009. They take a picture and send you a fine.
It is a filthy fuel that has no place on the roads imo.

It might warm the planet, it is nowhere near as directly harmful as diesel.
I can get a leaf for 199 a month on a two year lease, inclusive of everything including a years insurance and a free charge point installation.

If I get a leaf, I’d have that, my bikes, a motorbike, and two completely impractical cars. I have no garage at the house, and I’d need to seriously consider getting rid of one of the cars. I love them both though.
I’d get rid of the Range Rover if I was you.
