Of all the goalkeepers linked with Celtic, he seems to have by far the best pedigree, Greek no 1, only 26 and looks to be an excellent shot stopper and an imposing figure.
Hope this one goes through.

I saw a link to the Swedish keeper that flopped at Roma the other day too. He seems fairly shite.
He is a gobshite.
Although he did have a great World Cup there a couple of years ago.

Season long loan for Ajeti? Potential option to buy for £5m.
Seems a very strange one given we already have Edouard, Griffiths, Bayo and Klimala.
Surely a right sided attacker or centre back are much bigger priorities.

Griffiths featured in the match today and Lennon earlier rowed back on his previously critical comments.
But I’d say we’d be happy to move Bayo on.
There may also be an element of signing Edouard’s replacement a season early, if he goes next summer as expected. Like when we had Edouard as Dembele’s understudy for a season.
I’ve watched a video of Ajeti.
He doesn’t really the get the pulses racing, his touch looks a bit clunky, he’s not that quick and seems to rely on sticking his arse into defenders too much. He kind of reminds me of a Hooper/McDonald type striker in that he will probably get a decent scoring return out of him but he will be painfully frustrating at times.
I think Griffiths has far more about him than Ajeti but we’ll see.
I agree with the Hooper comparison on the videos I saw alright. He does look like a natural penalty box striker. And Edouard, for all his talents isn’t that. Griffiths is probably not seen as a reliable alternative for the season given all his recent issues. Probably doesn’t reflect well on Klimala (who looked decent today) or Bayo (who hasn’t featured at all).
Viduka spent a lot of time sticking his arse into defenders, but he had a lovely touch and lovely feet.
Never could warm to him though.

Ajeti looking like a done deal too. Loan with option to buy at £5m. I’m happy with this chap’s finishing.
I think we might see more 3-5-2 this season.
He made little to no impression last season at West Ham. The fans never took to him. In saying that he’ll thrive in a league like the SPL.
