Apparently Stokes spoke with John Hughes about going on loan to Caley Thistle but he’s not overly keen on moving there, albeit temporarily.
Dinamo Zagreb have announced that terms have been agreed with Celtic for the transfer of Simunovic.

Celtic have accepted a £1.5m bid from Getafe for Scepovic according to CQN. They also claim that they’re trying to terminate Boerrigter’s contract but he’s yet to agree a pay off.
That would be a good fee for Scepovic.

Scepovic to Getafe confirmed. £1.5m isn’t too bad - 800k loss on a player like that could have been worse. I actually think he’s an ok footballer, nowhere near as bad as Balde or someone like that. Just not suited to the game in Scotland and doesn’t seem to have the fight required.
If Stokes is possibly leaving too I wonder if that means we’re still chasing a striker.
Michu is a fine player, both his agent and Swansea are desperately looking for a club to move him on. His ankle is made of weetabix at this stage though so I wouldn’t bank on him playing too many games wherever he goes.
BBC are now saying it’s a loan deal. I’m guessing he will be loaned and never come back and we’ll forget what happened - like Pukki or someone.
A loan alright. Celtic seem to historically have trouble commanding upfront fees for the deadwood. I’m guessing there’s a loan fee with an option to buy though.

Sale of Van Dijk to Southampton has been officially confirmed. A departure on good terms judging by the gushing quotes from both Celtic and Van Dijk on the club website. £11.5m is a fair fee for a player who excelled domestically but didn’t reproduce that form consistently at a higher European level. A very good player with scope to improve though overall.
Eoghan O’Connell has joined Oldham on loan.
Anthony Stokes being linked with a loan departure too. Bolton said to be after him.

I’d love to share your enthusiasm, pal. I just happen to think the lad is very ordinary and looks like a poor GMS, hope to be proven wrong.
I’ve never noticed him in any Celtic-Caley matches but I thought he looked like an affable young fella at his press conference there so my conclusion is based on that.

Collins, Kennedy and Park are all at Celtic Park. Something must be brewing. We still have to announce Simunovic formally but I reckon there’s someone else in the offing aside from him and Corpus Christie.

Christie supports Celtic and his twitter account is full of fanbhoy comments made when he was a youngster. There’s also a tweet from 2012 where he’s watching a game and saying Commons needs to move his fat little arse so the midfield can get the ball to him.

I think he looks a decent player from what I’ve seen of him. Nice left foot and comes central and creates chances.
