Could go 3 centre backs with Forrest right wing back. But we’re also short on centre backs and Lustig is the most comfortable playing that hybrid role on the right. Sviatchenko hasn’t played in a long time and there’s talk of an injury for Bitton.
Could just play Gamboa right back. Seems the more likely choice. I’m not a big fan of Gamboa and I think they’ll go after him with balls over his head if he does play but it’s still probably the best option.
Then there’s the usual midfield battle between Armstrong, McGregor, Ntcham and Rogic to take 2 of the places alongside Brown. Roberts could push for a start too but more likely to come off the bench. I imagine Sinclair will return to the team and Dembele will continue up front.
