Unchanged. Rogic and Starfelt still not back from pre international break hamstring tweaks. Some online rumours that Jullien suffered a set back in training. He’s been out for 11 months now.
Had hoped Rogic would make it. Ange said Forrest is flying in training so hopefully he can make a difference off the bench if needed
Looks a terrific atmosphere there
Gorgeous pass from McGregor. Turnbull should be hitting the target there.
We’ve started really well here.
The Bhoy Jota is some player.
Kyogo is fond of the hair dye.
I’d be worried about Bitton on a yellow this early.
Hopefully we don’t regret not registering in our early dominant spell.
They are keeping Juranovic and Ralston from getting ahead of the wide men quite well.
I presume there is extra time and penos if its a draw?
We started that really well and then got a bit pedestrian as it went on. They’ve defended well with a couple of last ditch blocks as well as generally putting us under decent pressure.
Think they’ve targeted Welsh a bit in possession and we’ve gotten CCV stepping forward more now which is at least turning them a bit. But when we go through Welsh and then Bitton we are a bit too slow and deliberate with our passing.
Think they’re a very well drilled and defensive side. Game has settled into similar pattern to league game last month after Celtic’s bright start. It took a bit of a lucky bounce to unlock them before half time that day. Second part of first half has been quite pedestrian and predictable. They’re probably not dissimilar to Livingston in terms of having a solid defensive shape and then looking to hit direct balls forward when they win it back. We need to show that we can adapt and win these type of games.
The Hun referee books that uppity Fenian Jap.
Abada has been anonymous.
Ah that is a class display
Ffffooorrreeesssttttttttt
Super from Jota and Forrest finished that well.
Ange must not trust Scales at centre half.
I thought we were more comfortable in thst second half. The commentators said it was similar to the first but I think we did a better job of keeping the tempo high and they didn’t get out of their half much until they went risky at the end.
