You beauty.Lucky to be ahead but how many times has it been the other way round.Rangers have looked better for large parts but havenā€™t had any great chances.Defence particularly centre defence is a worry.Ki has given a bit of a masterclass.Super passing and always looking for the ball.Great composure by Hooper again there.Looks a real quality finisher

Celtic definitely deserve the lead for me. Have been very patient after a rocky enough start. Shape looks good and utterly dominating possession. I think there might be another one coming too.

Brutal cleance by Forster but I thought Majstorovic might have got more on his clearance. Anyway, Celtic need to go back and do what they did in the first half - probe and keep possession.

Fact. The lads are in dream world thinking heā€™s going to be the saviour. From what they are saying he has problems getting to the required level, albeit not from a lack of effort. He just doesnā€™t have the physicality.

Really poor second half performance and we were well and truely second best. Seemed all over the place defensively and tactically. Zero balance to the side and some of the performances there were so far below par it was untrue. Stokes had a horrific game and was extrememly wasteful. Wouldnā€™t be overly critical of him though as he at least has the talent to try things. Thought the attitude and performance of both Loovens and Samaras was a disgrace. Loovens stupidly acting the hardman with stupid pushing and refusing to pass the ball to midfielders instead trying fifty yard paces himself. One thing worse than a technically poor player is a techncially poor player who thinks he is good and that is Loovens. Samaras should have left the club or been frozen out a long time ago. Seemed more interested in winning stupid arguments with Rangers players than concentrating on getting Celtic back into the match. Really poor link up play but sure what is new. How Lennon hasnā€™t made up his mind on him is beyond me really. Good performances from Ki and Hooper but they were surrounded by inadequacy. Thought Rangers were decent today and it is the best Rangers side in a few years. They are still very average however.

Inept performance from Celtic. Poor refereeing performance too but that shouldnā€™t distract from the glaring problems Celtic have all over the park. Thoroughly disappointing.

I am distraught but I will be keeping the faith. Disintegration and capitulation in the second half but Neil Lennon will sort it out. I have seen Celtic win at Ibrox at Christmas a couple of years ago to go 7 points clear yet conspire to lose the league. Similarly I have seen the huns throw away a 7 point lead in April a few years ago too. Itā€™s a battle lost but we can turn things around if we learn the lessons that very clearly need to be learned.

Stokes is like Sean Thornton, Stephen Elliott and Willo Flood rolled into one. He has the pissheaded wastefulness of Thornton, the prolific non-scoring ability of Elliott and the progressive baldness of Flood. Forget about him.

He teaches in a Catholic school. Thatā€™s about the extent of his links that people are making far too much of. If he was a Celtic fan he simply wouldnā€™t be refereeing that game.

Stokes is a striker, not a winger. And certainly not a right winger. Iā€™m not forgetting about him yet anyway.
