Utterly incredible display of INTERNETTING from me tonight. Spooky in fact.
I take it back Sid, Bosingwa has owned those celebrations.
That was the quickest John Terry got into his kit since Wayne Bridge came home early one day.

Our League has now pulled level with Serie A on twelve European Cups. Take a minute to think about that. Another shuddering achievement. I hope runt isn’t forgotten in all this either out togging in in Askeaton after a league match when news filtered through of his greatest hour.
Some crowd of egos there in the trophy presentation. No one wanted to get out of the way to give Terry his moment of glory [/quote]
“Our League”
Good God
A warrior.
Well that was a cliffhanger and here comes another one.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I bet she survives.
Sly losing his grip.
OMG!
Tough one for Stallone to come back from there. Schweini knows the feeling.
Well done Chelsea on their win. Bayern didnt take their chances when they dominated and they paid the penalty in the end. Drogba is the Showstopper. Hes some man for a goal in a final.
According to twitter (so it must be true) Terry even had his shinpads in tonight
Terry has some neck on him if thats true.
By the way did anyone spot David Gill taking pictures of Chelseas celebrations.
That German bitch neuer should have stopped drogbas header
Football lost tonight and we all know it did. Tradition,.courage, philosophy, expression, versus corruption, non football, mercenary, Cowardice.
Fuck off Chelsea Fc, you ain’t got no history…
Lampard’s penalty was fairly shit.
Still only half the club Nottingham Forest are mate if it’s any consolation
Indeed
Bertrand played left back for Forest last season, his experience there at a club with a real history was the difference last night for Chelsea.
Drogba had his moments too
chelsea were thoroughly awful I thought. monaco were pretty average finalists some years ago. Chelsea were worse than them though and only infuriating individual play from Bayern’s attacking players saved them from a hiding they deserved.
my recording ended towards the end of extra time and still havent seen the penos. Cheers foxtel.
ribery was their main threat. Thought Chelsea were farcically poor down their right flank and Ribery was able to profit from that. Muller had a decent second half but Robben was well held by Ashley Cole. His brainfart for Muller’s goal spoiled what was otherwise an outstanding performance by the left back. Bayern though seemed to overly force the issue at times. No-one more than Tony Kroos who tried to shoot any time he was inside 30m of the goal.
It was a great leap by Drogba for the equaliser but Neuer should have kept it out. Robben’s penalty summed up what was a disappointing display for him.
Aside from Cole. Cahill had a decent game on Gomes. Didnt think any other Chelsea player really covered themselves in glory aside from that. Bertrand was anonymous to put it mildly. Lampard has never been suited to playing that deep. Mikel and Lampard never tried to press Bayern and Chelsea were forced into defending their 18 yard box for long spells as a result. Mata didnt offer that much either really. Drogba was totally isolated as expected with the lineup for the game.
A few years back, Chelsea were comfortably the better side against Man Utd but lost on penalties. Last night it was the other way round. The likes of Lampard, Cole, Drogba, Cech have been big players for Chelsea for years and this is a great way to sign off.
The new Chelsea manager has some job though. Boswinga, Cech, Ferreira, Terry, Kalou, Essien, Drogba, Torres, Malouda are all for the knackers yard.
Bayern should have made it comfortable but there was definitely a sense that this was a team where morale was low and issues evident between individuals. It stopped them from putting exceedingly average opponents to the sword and they paid the price for it.
