The winners of the final round enter the first qualifying round on 10/11 & 17/18 July, with their opponents decided in the draw on 19 June.
The three losing teams transfer to the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round.

Clubs’ coefficients are now determined EITHER by the sum of all points won in the previous five years OR by the association coefficient over the same period – WHICHEVER IS THE HIGHER (under a new system introduced for 2018/19 onwards).

the 19 loosers here of this round enter the qualifying round of the UEFA cup, 18 enter the second round, 1 enter the 3rd round- cork or legia got the bye to the third round
the loosers from the champions league qualifiers are also kept kept apart from the other UEFA cup participants
so cork in the 3rd qualifying round of the europa league will face a looser from the second qualifying round of the champions league
