I think immediate explosion from this years CL, a removal of titles won in the last 5 years and a ban for a further 5 years would be appropriate for the dirty dozen.

100% but they won’t because of greed and tv rights. Sponsors would kick up a right fuss and it would get blocked in the courts.
Hit the cunts in the pockets. Take 100m each off them, ban transfers and put a salary cap on them for 18 months.
