Champions League - Round of 4

Chelsea are getting some chasing here. Atletico have been sublime in the second half. Just hope they don’t end up with nothing at the end of the season.

Jose has looked miserable since the day he went back to Chelsea. He’ll bounce back, whether at Chelsea or elsewhere.

Godin is a great defender, probably partially to blame for the opening goal but he’s one of the top three defenders in the world right now with Silva and Chiellini.

Mourinho will probably attribute the defeat to having to play at Anfield on Sunday as opposed to the opposition having an extra day’s rest before both legs.

Are they not the same thing, bud?

Huh?

Atletico had less rest and had more players playing on Sunday.

A fantastic result for football.

Them being made to play on Sunday meant that the opposition had an extra days rest?

Oh right. Sorry, chum. I’ve made an internet error.

John Terry crying again.

No worries, pal. It’s a daily occurrence for me. Just received an “old” rating from blue balls so I must have fucked up again.

He nearly seems to be taking some of the credit for them getting to the final. Weighed in with some really insightful analysis earlier - “They’re a really good team, with really good players”

Very magnanimous, mate. I’ll vow to back you up in two internet battles of your choice any time between now and the end of June.

I admire the hell out of that man, but crying over sport is fucking unacceptable.

Dunphy talking about how the time is up for this one man show and it’s become a shambles. He’s talking about Mourinho by the way.

cc @farmerinthecity for an example of a style of attempted quip favoured by the big man.

I’ll hold you to that, buddy.

That’s well executed Bando. In other news a man had a heart attack after a botched lethal injection last night.

I used to think Cahill was fairly shit but he’s been very good this season until tonight when he was fairly shit again.

Carragher putting the boot into Mourinho now, he has been holding it in since Sunday.

Did john terry change into a suit before leaving the pitch
