that is plain mad. Rated 159 at his last, did he drop a lot?

handicap weights released today. Not sure what he got

Gigginstown want Very Wood to go to RSA and likely he’ll be split from Wounded Warrior according to Meade.

We’ll see, pal.

I’ll be the first to admit it if you’re correct and there’s some Nadal/Federer type thing going on with Jezki having an inferiority complex and not believing he can win.

Hurricane Fly broke Peddlers Cross’s heart and the latter was never the same again.

A nice few attractive looking entries in the Foxhunters Chase. To name a few - On The Fringe, Salsify, Chapoturgeon, Junior, Luska Lad, Muirhead, Noble Prince. Adrian Maguire also has 2 decent yokes entered. Weirdly competitive for a change if they all line up.

Is Smashing definitely going for the JLT @Mac? Apache Stronghold one of the bets of the week imo but the Wexican animal would be of definite interest if he pops up somewhere else

Johnny Burke said Smashing was going Arkle route I believe

That seems to be the stock excuse against HF for this year. One time it was he was too fragile, another was he only ever beats Solwhit. This years reason he can’t win is because Cheltenham is not held at Leopordstown

Mark Walsh broke his arm at Thurles today and Jason Maguire lost his appeal so both miss the festival

Wexican?

Is Smashing not trained down there?

Waterford.

Knockeen, just outside Tramore in Waterford.

Waterford/Wexford/Wicklow all one and the same place as far as the rest of the country is concerned

Johnny Burke will ride Hisaabaat in the Martin Pipe according to himself.

My AP book is looking short and sweet this year

Hurricane Fly 17/1 Betfair 1pt
Don Poli 9/1 Powers 2pts
Apache Stronghold 6/1 Betfair Sports NRNB 2pts

Strongly fancy SDG as well, 3/1 now generally with NRNB, not certain what way that price will go so holding off for the moment

I backed one in the Fred Winter the other day, probably should have asked this first as now i’m concerned he won’t get in the bet is not with NRNB rules attached. There’s 70 entries and he’s after no.50. Fred Winter is run every year as a 24 runner event, anyone know the likelihood it will cut up enough that he will get in? He needs more than half those above him to pull out. :frowning:

No chance
