Also some new Clare hurling committee who have people involved with Fittest Family on the production side of things. They were also all at Davys wedding.
Iād say going on the LLS only exacerbated things.

Davy building a dynasty in Sixmilebridge has the rest driven demented.
There is no heave, if anything there is a push from Pat to consolidate power. He has set up multiple committees mainly full of his cronies in relation to the centre of excellence, underage hurling and football and then leaked to the local papers a list of names who may be involved so it would look transparent and give it credibility yet these people have not been consulted whatsoever to join these āindependentā committees.

To those of you of the opinion that this is all an honest effort by the Chairman of Clare GAA to untie clare and provide support for Clare hurling here are some things i know to be true and some things i am 95% certain to be true
1 The Chairman and others were contacting people to be on the Clare Hurling Review committee 3 weeks ago and maybe longer
2 At least three of the people named in the Clare echo article had not agreed in any way to be involved without knowing more
3 the executive attempted to ratify all of this last week without having made any contact at all with clubs to discuss the issue
4 they had particularly not contacted Eire OG in any fashion at all to discuss their ideas for the Motion they had proposed or to flesh out their ideas at all
5 with reference to number 3 which was due for ratification the chairman contacted the Clare county Manager to inform him that this was going on on Tuesday last , days before the ratification and weeks after having contacted multiple people to be on the committee.
6 the Clare manager offered to chair the committee at which point he was told that the wexford manager would be chairing the committee.
7 unsurprisingly the clare manager was outraged that the clare county board would behave in such an underhanded way and told him in no uncertain terms that he would be taking a role on the committee , that he would not accept the manager of a rival county being in charge of it and that he had a number of candidates that he would be putting to the meeting for roles.
8 It was only at this point that suddenly the committee became an underage development committee

Some drama breaking in Clareā¦got this text earlierā¦
Heard that when Brian Lohan took over Clare they were spending ā¬26k every year on the GPS systems that the players use. They were leasing them from LIT.
Lohan then decided that he would ask UL for a quote on theirs. It came back at ā¬8k per year.
But wait for this, it now transpires that Davy Fitz actually owned the GPS systems that LIT were renting out to the Clare county board.
It is also reported that Sixmilebridge have been getting gear and free GPS data and all that, for the last 7 or 8 years, free of charge, courtesy of the Clare County board.
Anthony Daly and Brian Lohan are supposed to be livid. On Thursday night Jack Chaplin county chairman and Brian Lohan had to be separated and Chaplin told Lohan that heād accept his resignation there and then.
Iām told to expect more fireworks next week.
