Clare Gaa 🐐 Thread mark II

i heard that too, so we now have 2 sources so it must be legit

Clare 1-13
Offaly 0-7

A good result after a slow enough start, although Offaly had the conditions behind them. Tacked on a few late scores to boost the score difference. Getting the home win on the board is essential to staying in this division.

Its days like today we’d miss @fistoffury.

Good win. I was impressed with how our defence came across. Keeping them to 7 points isnt an ordinary feat.

Our main men stepped up too. Cleary and Malone are good footballers. And Keelan played reasonably well. Huge game against Cork

Russell was very good today, I didn’t think he’d be back after last year. He’s after transferring down to Limerick now so he may as well give it another shot

Colin Crehan vs Diarmuid Nash in the Elite Handball finals, live stream on bookface for anyone interested

Russell is no mug. Was good in Dublin club championship.and Sigerson too.

Unfortunately, Clare have been decimated by injuries so far, this ensuring that they will be rather experimental for the first few rounds at least.

With players such as Tony Kelly, Shane O’Donnell, Aidan McCarthy, Ian Galvin, Peter Duggan, Cian Nolan and Bradley Higgins out through injury and Colm Galvin retired as we found out today, options are rather limited at the moment.

It’s not all bad news as John Conlon and David Fitzgerald completed full training sessions for the first time this week and are back in the squad. However, ten others have been recently involved in third level championships and with a need to further assess some players, the starting line-up will only be finalised at a team meeting tomorrow afternoon.

Once confirmed, we will text out the team to Club Clare members.

Tulla battling hard in the harty final. Leading 8 to 6 after 25 minutes

ASR hit three on the trot to lead by one at the break. Tulla look to have the wind second half. Their work rate has been outstanding

Tulla lead by 2

Who has the wind for 2nd half? It’s pretty wild out

Tulla - they are 4 up now. They are completely out working ASR. Hard to see ASR winning this without a couple of goals

Would be some win for a small school like Tulla to win this

Would love to see them win it.
