Clare didn’t deserve that . We were poxed.
Left that behind them. 2 goals in the first and last minute. Too many scores left behind and Limerick with their quality were always likely to force a goal if needed

That was theft. Limerick stone useless all night. Clare brought them on them in the last quarter. Sat back.
If they had not gone down with cramp every 2 mins in the 2nd half there would not have been as much injury time so in that way it was their own fault

Some whack of campfire in here this evening
2-2 conceded in the first minute and last 90 seconds was a killer. Dominated for 45 minutes or so but Limericks big men in Coughlan, Quilty and O’Neill really stood up in the closing stages.
Wind made it a tough enough slog for both teams and both left plenty of scores behind them. Thought Broderick looked fairly assured in goals while McNamara was excellent at corner back, while Leen despite being caught out for the second goal after just entering the fray redeemed himself with some excellent defending late on.
Punch and Crotty put themselves about and the team was full of honest effort but they left it behind them despite the effort and attitude. Had three chances to stretch it out to 4 and fluffed their lines.

Thought O’Meara was very good for ye. Broderick very assured in goal.
Crotty is a good bit of stuff aswell, striking can improve for sure but is made of the right stuff.
I didn’t realise Diarmuid Cahill is still U-20, he’s very lively.
If Meehan had been playing, ye would have won it for sure.
I’ve been calling it for a quite a while now.
Young lads these days are just no good.
