Except for Cathal OâNeill.
Conditions were absolutely atrocious. Definitely not a night to be making a definitive judgement on anybody.
Great to see signs of life in Clare again.
Looking back on the game there this morning just to see what conditions looked like on the coverage, it didnât come across at all how bad it was in there. It was atrocious. Young lads can have off days too. Clare definitely adapted to the poor conditions better and deserved to win the game, were the much better side on the night.
But King CON said no
Limerick will be disgusted with their performance. Had been going really well in challenges by all accounts. Mullins said theyâd won their last 7 in interview after , so for them to be so poor individually and team wise will really annoy them.
Adam English looks like a young lad very rusty from lack of game time to me. Thatâs the danger with calling lads too young into a Senior panel. If they donât play they wonât get games with their club either, they get caught in this kind of limbo. English has very little actual games played, must be a hard adjustment to make for a young lad so used to playing regularly
Bits were him trying to do too much too. Heâd win the ball, which can be the hardest part, and then look at taking on two or three defenders. He has the ability, on a good day, to potentially do that but Clare defended well and it led to him being turned over pretty regularly.
Sometimes you just need to move the ball quickly.

The pub?
Not the immediate family, could well be some relation
They doled out a serious hiding toođ
Tipp were woejious by all accounts, surprising with the good lads over them
Meehan back a big boost, I fancy Clare in this one with the Cork absentees.
The Bridge may be a culture shock to the Carkies but not beating Limerick I fear has killed our lads.
Clare have hit 4 in a row to lead Tipp 4 to 3 after 15 minutes in the minor hurling
Sounds like they never really got going second half. Finished 2-13 to 13 to Tipp
Same Cork player pulled for throws twice within 60 seconds
Clare 5 points to no score up after 9 minutes.
Ref very whistle happy
Iâd this on YouTube?
Nâawful scrappy game. Lot of poor wides from both teams
