Whilst I think Clare look as good a side as I have ever seen, Cork are the most improved team in the championship. They have jbm. If they improve again they will take stopping. Having said that it is going to he very very hard to heat this Clare team if they keep their hunger, and fitzy wont lose his. Iâd see limerick as very good again next year. Tipp will always be capable of turning over anyone on their day. Iâd put them with Dublin and kk. Galway and Waterford then. Galway may put in a decent performance but I canât see them putting a run of high quality performances together, because that is what it will take to win for the next few years.
Cork were outstanding and put meaning into the victory for Clare.
Ps I thought bugler was really strong in those vital fifteen minutes where it seemed to be going against them. He had a great game.

Bugler was unbelievable when the pressure was on
For real.
An absolute legend of the game.

What an embarrassment of a welcome home for cork hurlers - Jesus after the enjoyment they gave yesterday -all year - they deserved better !!
bandwagonning cunts, there was rakes of them heading for the exits with 5 minutes to go
Saw a fair scatter of them go around the 62nd minute, couldnt fathom it at all. But, saying that, there was a decent few hanging around the seats when Clare were going around doing their lap. Losing team homecoming are a pile of bollocks for the most part anyway, no one wants to be there.

whats the difference between Nash and a Dublin Taxi driver?
Dublin Taxi drivers only let in 4
Can you give an All Star to a keeper who ships 5 in the biggest game of the year? Who else is in the reckoning?

I think they are two fairly modest outfits who had the good fortune to be inthe right place at the right time when Kilkennys legs finally gave in. Clare have the potential to get much better. Cork dont.
Aside from 1888, Clare are the first team to win an All-Ireland senior #hurling title with no provincial medals among the squad.

Clare were only short of putting a taxi on the goal line with the 12 men that couldnât stop Nashâs shot. There mustnât be an ash tree left in Clare with the amount of keeper hurls that had to be made

They had more than that marching during the strikes than to welcome home a beaten but brave team. U d wonder. Was Des Bishop at the homecoming I wonder
Hardly the Clare keeper anyway. He left in 6 over the two finals. Nash managed a clean sheet in one anyway and chipped in with 2 goals
Are we all going to ignore Shane OâDonnell fouling the ball for the third goal.
