I didn’t watch this live and am currently watching a recording of last nights The Sunday Game.

They showed 2 Maurice Shanahan scores - one early in the game and one near the end when the result wasn’t in doubt.

Both scores resulted in Shanahan needlessly giving it the Billy Big Balls fist pumping action.

If a county can win an all Ireland it’s supporters shouldn’t care how they go about it.
Who was it that said Donegal people wouldn’t be happy with their team playing that way? Whoever it was got a huge laugh in Donegal.
Reality here is that the media and a lot of neutrals would love to see Waterford win one simply because they have always been the happy go lucky losers. A bit like limerick in fairness. But eventually the tide will turn against them because what they are doing to the game could very well kill it. Just like Donegal and the nordies would do to f2f if they were let.
I’m ahead of the pose on this one. Time will prove me right.
