What the fuck were you doing drinking in Gort? Explain yourself!
Springin. Need i say more?
Heard it was at the Burlo that Josie went for Cunningham. It was doing the rounds as well that Gerry Mac and Joe Cooney Sr also had strong words for him on the night. Worse than fucking soccer moms the lot of them. Also that Harte Jr had to delete his twitter account after some less than flattering comments about Cunningham the night after the game.
Ya i saw some of the comments online. Doesnât display a great deal of maturity.Doesnât bode well for next year.
When I look back on 2013 the depression after the game against Clare was worse than the feeling after the finals in 2012. The sense of missed oppertunity was a killer. If Galway had peaked in 2013 instead of 2012 weâd have won the All-Ireland. We might have been a flash in the pan but at least weâd have won one. 2012 meant nothing once we failed to build on it. Something for the pundits to reference but nothing more. Not a stepping stone to greater things. Not the cliche youâve gotta lose one to win one. Just another false dawn.
It looks like weâre on an express train to square one again lads.
Hopefully theyâll have some good team building in Boston in November and all this can be glossed over.
Glynn is gone to the States. Should be back for next years Championship
If itâs true, Sr. needed a good box into the gob and sent on his heels back out the door. It might have also laid down a bit of a marker to the players as to what was needed in the second half. Nothing like the sight of blood to focus the mind.
Seriously, the shit that Cunningham has had to deal with is bordering on farcical.
I hope they use that same shite feeling to make sure it doesnât happen.
Excellent stuff.
Galway legend Val Daly will find himself in a predicament this weekend as he will be opposing his two sons in the county SFC.
The two-time All-Star is managing Salthill-Knockacarra who are facing his native Mountbellew-Moylough in the senior football championship semi-final.
Daly captained his native club to their last county title success almost 30 years ago and he is sure to have mixed emotions at the weekend.
To add fuel to the fire, his two sons Michael and John are part of the Mountbellew-Moylough squad for Sundayâs match.
Bizarre that heâd put himself in that position.
Delighted for AC, heâs a thorough gent and will get Galway over the line.
Galway for the double in 16.
Its as good a sign as any. 2016 it is so. Worth the wait I suppose.
Inspired by whatâs happened in Mayo ffs.
2013 here we comeâŚ
Let him off to fuck, his time is well up. Same voices & all that.
I had a dream last night that Josie Harte chopped off Cunninghamâs head, Highlander style (with a sythe) and absorbed his managerial prowess. This could be good.
