G’wan Inistoge ta fuck

good win for the Rower there alright link. myself and the aul ald were tempted to head up to Thomastown to see it, thought there’d be a few shots in it and be a tight aul game.

Going to Good Counsel will cause stuff like this.

yeah. ended up watching shite football games in Wexford instead.

Twas tighter than it looked we only pulled away in the last 15 minutes or so,hit 19 wides on the day and missed two handy goal chances, going well eneogh still and in our first league final since we went down from senior in 1988,it would be good to win that but the big thing is to make a burst at winning the championship with the fairly decent team we’ve assembled,a nice handy draw in the quarter finals is now needed,id be happy with any draw other than the winners of Mullinavat v Mooncoin and make a drive at it from there,if they win it ill lose the head, cmon the Rower be fucked…

P.S There was a few shots in it too,Keiran Barron creased Michael Doyle off the ball after about five minutes but only got a yellow,Doyle started it apparently. JJ Kenny doled out a batein to Gary Heffernan in the 2nd half, other than that it was calm eneogh.

Played one junior game as hadn’t kicked a ball for few months since minor and found it the most frustrating thing ever. Lads don’t spot runs, don’t track back, its just truly awful.

A heap of games in the Limerick Senior football championship over the course of the next week, there should be a very clear idea who of you is going to the latter stages and who will be in the relegation battle by Thursday week.

 Truly horrific stuff. As I’ve said before, a good player will rarely stand out junior if he’s got total dregs beside him, which is often the case, well especially below Junior A level anyway.

Hurling these games is a big mistake on the behalf of Tipperary Co Board id reckon, while im all in favour of hurling club games during the championship two Weeks is far too near the AI Final to be risking players getting injured, while your lot are cutting lumps out of each other this Weekend our lads will be bonding in some secret location:thumbsup:

It’s a bit silly really, these matches were supposed to be played on the bank holiday weekend and they were cancelled due to the semi, defies logic.

Kerwick, Fanning, Curran & Kelly of the starting 15 playing in the South Final, Woodlock and Callinan in the Mid Final.

What happened ye at the weekend puke?

Big shock losing to the mills by that much, were ye missing a few?

They`ve probably shot their bolt now. I remember them beating the bridge a couple of years ago.

When? Mills haven’t played the bridge in years and a long time since they beat them. They did beat shannon 2 years ago after shannon had won the final the year before.

Were missing three lads alright, conlon was a big loss, The Mills deserve all the credit, they were excellent while we were flat enough on the day…Hopefully it will stand to us in the long run, better get the kick up the arse now than it happening in a knock out match…

Great for the group really. Some cracking games on the cards now.

Indeed it is wide open now, all 5 teams still in with a shout…Should be a few lively tussles in store, we have scariff in the next round and then a bye so we need to beat them to go through…

Was ye’re half-forward at one stage Cormac O’Donovan, Honan, and Nickey O’Connell the last day puke? Where’s Conway this year by the way?

It could well have been, Mush should be right for the Scariff match in a couple of weeks, he is a fine hurler and doesn’t get much credit but covers an amount of ground…

I thought they were a super partnership last year anyway. Sure every team has some crisis during the year. The long lay-off was bound to lead to a few teams under-performing as well. No harm in a crisis as long as you don’t have a second one.
