The McEntee twins have retired from Crossmaglen. Fair ol service given.
John and Tony McEntee have called time on their Crossmaglen football careers.
The twin brothers have decided to hang up their boots following the club’s elimination from this year’s Armagh Senior Club Football Championship.
The decision marks the end of an era in Armagh football, with the two having turned out for Crossmaglen for 14 years and also played inter-county football.
The pair helped Crossmaglen to 13 consecutive Armagh SFC titles, six Ulster titles and three All-Irelands.
Where are you from Kafka?,until you tell us stay the fuck out of any discussion relating to Kilkenny hurling.
Piles,we would have preferred to be playing this Weekend while the Weather is good and the ball is moving a little quicker but it mightnt be any harm having the Weekend off either to give Joe Lyng and James Cassin a chance to recover from the tough game we’re bound to have against Dicksboro in Saturdays minor quarter final replay,it also gives the entire panel the chance to train together on Sunday morning,we have around 5 or our starting 15 away in College at the moment.
We could have drawn tougher teams than the winners of COnahy/Glenmore but theres going to be no easy wins at this grade from now on,we’ll be watching that replay with interest this Weekend.
Totally obvious “you know fuck all about Agricultural Colleges”, Rockwell has been closed as an AG College for Years, only two remain open as far as i know,Kildalton in Piltown and Gurteens in Roscrea,Tipperary.
Hey butty you must be well pleased with the news that broke last night that the famous “fast eddie Brennan” has left Graigue-Ballycallan to join a Laois hurling club, tis a wonder you haven’t been on about it already?
What does the link think of that eh?*
*based on good information from well placed spies in KK

Must be gone to Courtwood then, he’s living down there. They’re mad about their hurling in Courtwood, they’ve been trying to woo him for years. He’ll be some addition to their Junior C Special side.

Cian,fuck off you townie cunt.
All other interested parties,Eddie Brennan is definitely leaving Graigue/Ballycallan after some disagreements took place over the past while, his next club is by no means certain, reports of Portlaoise are unconfirmed and id reckon unlikely, the talk in Kilkenny has been about him moving to James Stephens, twould be easy to see that happening but hed have some job getting that transfer through unless he lived inside the City Boundary, the Kilkenny Co Board doesnt do transfers that easily.Theres also talk of him hurling for a Tipperary club, its seems certain now that he wont line out for GBC against Ballyhale Shamrocks in this Weekends Senior Championship quarter final.
Clare Champion’s are away to the Waterford Champion’s in the semi’s so it will bve a tough auld ask of whoever wins clare to go down there and get a result…
Cork champ’s take on the tipp champ’s in the quarter final’s, you would fancy whoever wins that (Sars/Newtown-Thurles/Toome) to be the favourites to win it out

As Link hasn’t posted on this thread since before lunch, I take it that he agrees cian foley will be the sole adjudicator of Waterford and Kilkenny inter-county and club hurling from now on. Congratulations on your appointment, cian, and well done on the exclusive Eddie Brennan story.
