Club Championships 2009
Judes beat Mary’s by 5 points in tonight’s first semi final …while All-ireland champs Crokes and ballyboden drew in second game 0-11 apiece…nearly had my e-w bet up…:mad:
Crokes won’t be caught a second time i fear…:D
Do they have completely different teams for hurling and football?

Who do ye fancy between Sars and Newtown, fuck all between them in the betting, we played Newtown last weekend and they looked very very sharp…

FAO the limerick heads

could Murroe spring a shock against Adare, they haven’t a bad side at all…Emmets should beat Na Piarsigh handily enough

Honestly puke I haven’t seen much of the senior hurling championship myself this year but would be very surprised if Murroe beat Adare. Adare seem well ahead of everyone at the moment.

I’m going to go very slightly with Sars. true Newtown are closer to where they were a few years ago, but Sars seem to have turned the corner (not that they were poor or anything) and were very impressive and clinical last week. They have a better squad than Newtown, and despite Newtown shaking it up this year a bit, Sars still should have the legs on them. I’m hearing from the Sars side that they are flying in training and the competition for places is unbelievable.
It could be sensational.

Think i might have a handy 20 lids on Sars, they are evens with Powers…

backtracking now.

Truly confused.

Are you just throwing stuff out there to see if i’ll bite?

Any chance at all of Drom upsetting Toome?

Emmets, Adare, Drom, Sars = 14/1

Can’t see them beating a very experienced and well drilled Toome side…

First sensible thing you’ve said all day.

Very hard to see it. Toome put up 1-24 or something against Clonoulty. I haven’t seen any odds but I wouldn’t be rushing to back Drom at anything less than 3/1.

toome are 2/7 Drom/Inch 11/4 with PP…
