This half is turning into some slog now.
not sure what you expect him to do though? there is no rule in GAA for punishing a team for persistent fouling. He is giving the frees as they come, very little more he can do other than give the yellow card for a player if he commits a yellow card offence. Crokes are a cynical team though, obviously targeting McKeigue and stopping his momentum from deep.
