Club Championships 2017

I wouldn’t dare fault them for doing so.

Meehaul. Fucking hell.

no, you do what you can to win. but I wouldnt want to hear any superior morals coming from the Kerry boys who play the purist football after watching these tactics.

That’s a really good score.

Yer man was a dope for getting sent off but Crokes wound him up and he reacted. They’ve consistently been holding onto the ball after frees have been awarded against them and then jumping onto the ground when an opponent tries to take the ball.

Back to three

really was a dumb reaction though, as he wasnt really niggled that much. and it was his own player who pushed the Crokes lad onto him. The reaction from his mentors right beside him said it all. And unfortunately a massive factor in them losing this.

but yeah, horribly cynical and frustrating team to watch and I’d imagine to play against. Exactly what the Ulster teams apparently do which brought football down a shit level.

Gooch draining the clock now, Ciaran Kilkenny-style. Some lovely footpasses that said.

Gooch is GOAT.

Desperate second half. A dirge. Dr. Croke didn’t even pretend that they had any attacking ambition. Slaughtneil let the sending-off get to them completely.

The game of Gaelic Football is a complete joke. No attacking intent. It is like netball played by women.

Foot hurling is some pile of wank.

The free for that last Dr. Croke point where McKaigue was judged to have brought down that twat Jordan Kiely was a farce. Kiely just played to fall down and Deegan bought it.

The sending off allowed Croke’s just cruise home there. Pity, it was an outstanding contest up to that point. Feel for Slaughtneil. On the other hand it’s great to see Cooper get the Club All Ireland, but he’s a shadow of the player he once was. GOAT indeed.

Nice touch by Buckley bringing the little one up.

Thomas’ threw that all ireland away. Congrats Mattie kenny, he’ll haunt galway yet

That is true. Crokes had spotted him and were happy to let him carry the ball out

Why did the finals start an hour later than usual? Was it to allow Des Cahill to make it from RTE Parade commentating duties to Croke Park?

Debateable

Today’s second half should be a prompting for serious rule changes . The game is declining as a spectacle at an alarming rate .
