Seamus is a sound man.
His freetaking style is unusual. The ball flys out on a low trajectory like a golf drive and then travels. He can put them over from the angle of 45 & sideline. It does mean he shanks the odd one but not a problem if teammates are aware.
I watched that just now. Entertaining stuff with some fine kicked scores.
Alan Broganâs reaction to being done by the ref was a classic.
Very nasty hit on the OPER fancy dan with the flowing red hair at 2.20
Soft penalty, quite an agricultural kick from the Limerick man
Re the U16 chap who who was skulled in a game between Clonaslee and Rosenallis a few weeks back, Clonaslee released a statement subsequently, which summed the club up. Mentioning that they were winning well (shur why would we start a row? Because youâre tramps maybe), and also saying that theyâve launched their own internal investigation (no one better to investigate than a club with such a beautiful disciplinary record)
Suspensions have been handed out since, and their make up and supposed leniency, has seen Rosenallis feel the need to release a statement of their own.
Good to see that Clonasleeâs internal investigation didnât see them fit to step down a player for the duration of it apparently.
Fucking hell. Clonaslee need some PR help there. They send a kid to hospital in an ambulance, and instead of apologising or wishing him a speedy recovery, they actually try claim he wasnt as injured as was made out and that one of their own was in fact there to help out.
Was any Rosenallis player suspended? how does a player get struck unconscious but the maximum suspension given is 8 weeks?
Clonaslee once bailed a lad out of jail to play a match, they could care less about PR. I didnât hear of any Rosenallis suspensions. Iâd love to have seen the referees report.
no but the fact that they are issuing a statement to try clear their name, but actually look like bigger cunts as a result is just dumb. Fucking hell, the first thing you say is best wishes to the kid you put in hospital. if their officers are more concerned about the clarity of the incident (a harsh second yellow and he was togged in) rather than the fact a player who was sent off and got involved in a brawl, then they deserve the bad press they are getting.
Ah yea, but shur theyâre thick as fuck, thats what you get being that close to the Offaly border. Its never their fault. They pulled a photographer into a dressing room a few years back and made shite of his gear and roughed them up, and even last year their all star nominee (who pulled aforementioned photographer into dressing room) flaked a lad across the head with a hurl because he laughed at him for letting a goal in. Everyone hates them, and they donât care. Its rampant throughout the club. Iâd disband the cunts.
A drilling for the poor unfortunate club player from Darragh O SĂ© today
I need to get a @Bandage to help heal my bleeding heart. The poor county men.
Fuck off Darragh. For fuck sake.
Offaly club hurling is soft out.
But the madness inherent in the county is rampant.
An interesting article, even if I donât agree with everything he said.
I think thereâs a lot of truth in there.
County players shouldnât be playing for their clubs until county involvement is over, IMO.
Nice little service being run by Laois GAA, highlights packages now available to almost all games in the SFC, SHC, SHC A and IFC, and a top 10 scores selection. Think its going to be subscription at some point, but free currently.
nobody watching those games
Would they not consider the top ten melees or filthy strokes as well?
âLaois TVâ broadcasting these games exclusively sure
