Surely that’s a bit early to be leaving at? Hardly be any traffic on the road at that hour.

Well, if it all possible, you don’t want to be arriving only an hour or even two beforehand.
It is a bit early but much better to arrive early, get something to eat, stretch the legs, maybe do a little bit of video analysis.
You’d have to give Ballyea a massive chance.
Not great preparation to be on the road that early in the morning.
It’s better preparation than leaving at 9 and only arriving just before throw-in. But yeah, home advantage is huge in amateur sport if there are long distances to be travelled.

They could be in trouble here. Can’t see them troubling Ballyhale in Leinster if they do get through. Must be 2 months since their last competitive hurling game too.
Ballygunnar mangled them in a challenge recently. They won their all Ireland 9 weeks ago
