Club Championships 2021 - is fulvio a cameraman?

What do you mean ?

You have to be in the Sullivan/Mahony club to get a game.

Ballygunner have a huge pick, but are still essentially made up of O’Sullivan’s/Mahony’s

Loughmore’s workrate is immense. To have that workrate on their 17th week in a row is nuts.

Just shows what you can achieve with right culture in a dressing room …

What is Mick Dempsey’s role with them, S&C?

Don’t know , just saw him at the end congratulating McGrath …didn’t know he was involved

He’s been involved the past 8 weeks or so.

The thing with Loughmore is they all have the skills from a young age and skills pay the bills. So a coach starts at a really high base with them.

The likes of John McGrath, Liam McGrath & John Meaghar have County ‘A’ Medals in both codes at every grade, Under 12, 14, 16, Minor, Under 21 and Senior (more than one in a lot of those grades too).

They also have a great calmness about them and never really panic if and when things aren’t going for them. Even between 2015-2019 when I’d argue they underachieved, they stuck to their beliefs and didn’t do crazy things like play Noel McGrath centre back and John Meagher centre forward the way some clubs do to try get the mix right. They keep their team very settled and the chemistry they’ve built up over the years really came to fruition in the past 2 seasons but particularly this year.

Heard Kilmalock beat St Rynaghs by 20 points in a challenge today. Club scene seems to be going the way of county scene in that the likes of Offaly and Laois champs are miles off. Was only a few years ago Kilcormac were very competitive but does not look good going forward.

Can we get a double All Ireland final of Loughmore and Croke’s?

Kilcormac must be gone back a huge amount. Kilmallock wouldn’t be great like.

All football next weekend. Thought we might get the Galway hurling final but I have a feeling they’ve opted for the streaming revenue.

That’s a good card of games

Glen and scotstown maybe … I doubt the other two will be hectic …

Glen have had a very tragic week. You’d hope they can bring some joy to their supporters.

Aren’t Scotstown friends of the forum? They have been unlucky in Ulster a couple times, particularly against Cross in 2015.

What happened ?

2 relatively young Clubmen, one the local primary school teacher died suddenly within 24 hours of each other at the end of last week.

Kilmallock are playing Midleton in the Gaelic Grounds. Pity, would have been better in Kilmallock.
