Nope it’s football this weekend in Wexford. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. The clay court/split season championship is gone. Still exists in Carlow though.

Two weeks on and off is maybe a good idea. It’s every 2nd week in Offaly. I’ve no involvement but would imagine it is very difficult in a dual club, esp for the weaker sport

Things really revving up this weekend with Offaly, Laois and Waterford getting going.
Saw a few minutes of Tessio’s St. Brigid’s win the Roscommon League Final on Clubber and they’ll be thereabouts for the All Ireland I think.
I presume they’re not listed there? Two very one-sided contests tonight. Almost certainly points to another Rangers v Mullin’s final. I thought Myshall would at least lower the blade. Maybe they did.
Eoghan O’ Gara had 1-3 scored inside the first 20 minutes that I saw tonight but his Shels team lost 3-18 to 2-13 against a Kilanerin team who were flying. Matty Forde was managing against his home club.

I presume Eoin Roche is the same Eoin Roche who coached Na Fianna to win the All Ireland Club this year.
Na Fianna themselves have made an interesting enough appointment to their coaching roster this season.

A deeply unimpressive Kilcormac Killoughy have walked into a bit of an ambush in Belmont and are two points down midway through the second half in Round one in Offaly.

What’s the format in Offaly? 8 teams so I presume two groups of 4 with the group winners progressing straight to a semi-final and 2nd and 3rd going to quarters finals?
