Is it any wonder manufacturers are lining up to sell those machines at a loss.
Coffee pods are an environmentall disgrace.
Coffee itself is. And don’t get me started on avocados
The coffee snobs, the people who ridiculed my Tassimo, are now recommending Dolce Gusto pods.
€2.59 coffee from Lidl and not half of the wasted plastic you get with the semi-toasted semi-instant gimmick capsules…
I’m using up the last of my pods and getting a decent machine, those pods
What are you going to buy?
Dunno, I had a couple of de longhis before and found them A1, I’ll check it out, I’ll be able to drink decent coffee again,
Ffs
I dont get it
Got tne new machine mate, nothing special but the coffee is a huge improvement on nespresso, need to get the grinder now
Those pods are the biggest gimmick . Loads of plastic waste
I use the continental caffetiere
Looks good, I wish you every happiness going forward.
For the love of God get a ‘burr’ grinder, not one of those spinning blade things. A good hand grinder would be as good as any.
Illy is the best supermarket coffee out there…
Lidl Colombian coffee is a winner. By the bucket load. Mucho tranquilo.
