There’s a hape of home machines that have exactly the same components and do exactly the same job as the 10k coffee shop versions. Just expect to pay 600 plus for a lever machine or 1200 plus for a ‘prosumer’ machine like the rocket posted above.
I get that, can even go without the thickness but a strong bean would even suffice. Even at any of the local roasters, they recommend a Colombian or equivalent and it’s underwhelming anymore.
