A town in Malaysia?
Its more like Badger Bateing, but much more refined.
I think you’ve done a good thing but for an extra hundy it could have been a great thing.
I’ll have to try a kilo. If you get a chance horse some of this into you
Anyone buy real dark roasted beans like the Italians drink? Am tired of getting weak, almost tea-like beans when I’m looking for a right punch.
Where did you purchase mate? Is there much difference between Sage and the DeLonghi equivalent? I saw a DeLonghi in a friend’s house lately and it was the nicest coffee I ever had
I’ve the delonghi magnifica about 6 years and hasn’t skipped a beat. Only issue would be the coffee isn’t piping hot, needs a small topping from a boiled kettle to meet my preference anyway
Didn’t the forums self-confessed coffee expert just provide you with two outstanding examples? I mean really…
I saw some jumped-up, self-declared aficionado put forward two options but he didn’t declare if it had that treacle-like thickness I’m after?
When you say punch do you just mean stronger flavour or caffeine? I find darker roasts a bit less flavourful and they’ve less caffeine then as well.
Just go for the mexicko version, it’s as dark as either of my ex wives’ hearts. Sd bells in belfast do a cuban roast that you could stand your spoon in.
Technically yes but not really. It’ll have more to do with the bean…
I wouldnt be up on the difference between the DeLonghi and the Sage. Bought it in Expert Portlaoise and its the job. Have yet to use the steamer (snigger) much yet but the coffee is delightful.
Lads you could have a pavoni lever machine for the same price as a sage, you couldeven buy a used one for less than half. Then you could go out in public and hold your head up…just saying
Shur I’m only a roaster (heh) what would I know.
Ive great hopes for you…a rough diamond is still a diamond at the end of the day
You need an expresso.
The Italians drink them out of egg cups.
